We want you to be fully satisfied with your STOX Energy Socks, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items easily within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Socks

  Place the unworn or tried-on socks back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached for a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
